Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs responsible accounting or financial office support work in such areas as accounts receivable and customer billing; prepares customer account documentation; provides customers with account information based on usage and verifies authorizations.
- Prepares and reconciles varied reports, computer output, and related data; maintains varied subsidiary ledgers, auditing and reconciling reports and information and posting data as required.

General Function: Performs varied physical labor & semi-skilled tasks in the construction, maintenance, and repair of all water system facilities.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs physical labor including: manual digging using a shovel and bar; assisting with rigging and placement of heavy materials and equipment; loading and unloading materials, supplies and equipment at the job site; and assisting with measuring, painting or chalking areas to be excavated. Also mixes and shovels concrete mixture into place; tamps and/or operates vibrator to ensure proper distribution of aggregate; replaces and/or installs concrete around fire hydrants, manhole covers, gate pots, meter boxes, and related fixtures
- Learns and safely operates a variety of equipment including asphalt/concrete saws, compressors, tapping machines, valve machines, jackhammers, pipe cutters, and a wide variety of other hand, hydraulic, power tools and equipment common to pipeline work

General Function: Responsible for the efficient operation and general maintenance of pump stations including water treatment equipment, production and storage facilities.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates and monitors all equipments including but is not limited to pump and motor, generators and Hydro-Turbine Pump on prescribed schedules to regulate the flow of water through the distribution system to meet daily demands; reads and monitors meter and gauge readings including but is not limited to voltmeter, ammeter, pressure gauge and MERALCO meter on prescribed schedules; monitors tank and reservoir levels; ensures adequate water levels.
- Prepares and maintains detailed and accurate logs, records and reports on a variety of functions including; plant operations, test results, maintenance work performed, unusual operating conditions and the results of periodic inspections conducted.
- Maintains control valves throughout distribution systems including wells, pump stations, relief valves for the proper rationing of water on service areas; operate, exercise and inventory mainline valves.
- Flush water mains to ensure safe clean water is delivered to the customer.
- Operates and monitors disinfection equipment; prepares chlorine solution and makes required adjustments to ensure proper disinfection levels in accordance with Philippine Standards for Drinking Water; inspects and maintains chlorine injectors and records dosage rates; maintains record of disinfectant used and remaining inventory.
- Makes routine inspection of all reservoir sites, regulator stations, booster stations, chemical injectors and take offs; perform minor preventive and predictive maintenance if needed; report the need and participate in major or specialized repairs to equipment, valves, machinery and electrical and electronic systems; perform facility shutdowns of system as needed for emergencies or planned maintenance.
- Secures and Maintains the plant operation equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly condition. Performs routine housekeeping chores inside and outside the plant and conducts regular site safety inspection.
- Inspects duty vehicle on a daily basis; maintains vehicle in safe operating condition; regularly checks operation of lights, brakes, accessories; ensures adequate fuel and oil supply; keeps tires properly inflated; makes other similar checks and reports the need for mechanical repair and adjustments.
- Assist the technician and/or contractors in the maintenance of all equipment including execution of preventive maintenance program.
- Takes regular inventories of chemicals and other supplies used during the operation of water facilities; orders operating supplies and chemicals as needed; and assists with the safe unloading and storage of chemicals.
- As assigned, operates and maintains telephone and radio communications with other district personnel regarding water supply operation.
- Handles and investigates customer complaints related to water production systems including water quality and pressure concerns; provides reports to supervisors.
- Performs and implements measures based on Water Safety Plan to District facilities on emergency situations.
- Observes safe work methods and safety precautions related to the work, including safe handling and use of hazardous materials i.e chemicals; uses appropriate safety equipment.

2. Visit customer premises to connect or disconnect customer service; locates, reads, turn on or off water services as required; prepares incident report; pulls out water meter of long disconnected accounts based on ageing.

- Performs physical labor including: manual digging using a shovel and bar; assisting with rigging and placement of heavy materials and equipment; loading and unloading materials, supplies and equipment at the job site; and assisting with measuring, painting or chalking areas to be excavated. Also mixes and shovels concrete mixture into place; tamps and/or operates vibrator to ensure proper distribution of aggregate; replaces and/or installs concrete around fire hydrants, manhole covers, gate pots, meter boxes, and related fixtures

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as lead worker over other Water Resources Facilities Operator; schedules, assigns, and monitors work; trains less experienced Water Resources Facilities Operator; ensures completion of assigned work and compliance with district policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; and in the absence of the supervisor, assumes those duties; provides technical assistance to staff; conducts safety meetings.
- Responds to and resolves complex customer complaints regarding operational and maintenance issues; and keeps the supervisor informed on matters involving customers and the general public.

Administers and maintains the District’s central network user account security, telephone/voicemail, and employee access-control information; maintains security cameras, access control, alarm systems, monitors and maintains wireless corporate and guest networks and WLAN Network security access; performs systems maintenance such as adding and deleting users, changing user passwords, and running and restoring back-up files;
4. Evaluates and recommends the selection and purchase of hardware and software; recommends data network configuration changes or upgrades based on usage, repair history, useful life of equipment, and division input; assists with hardware and software procurement; maintains records of software licensing agreements;
5. Coordinates network administration functions applicable to the District’s LAN/WLAN including the installation, upgrade, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, ensuring continued functionality;
6. Prepares and maintains audio visual equipment and sets up laptop computers in District’s public meeting facility, training room and conference rooms; provides technical support in preparation for, and during, District Board Meetings;
7. Assists in maintaining District databases including data definitions, file organizations, file compression, data protection and program documentation
8. Conducts and/or participates in researching and evaluating current trends and issues on the management of national and critical government applications and data services for recommendation to supervisor/manager; Works with vendors and consultants to resolve hardware or software issues
9. Composes correspondence from brief instructions using acceptable District format and proper grammar; initiates internal notifications and announcements to employees regarding District activities and other related matters; prepares a variety of documents for execution and filing
10. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Preference: Possesses a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology or related field; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Good oral and written communication skills; Detail-oriented; Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
