For the best interest of public service while on extended “Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) over Luzon”, INDANG WATER DISTRICT (IWD) shall resume office on APRIL 20, 2020 and opens every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY (MWF) ONLY from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, the office shall be operating on a Skeletal Workforce mainly to accommodate payment and customer-related concerns.
Measures to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 will strictly be implemented such as thermal scanning, wearing of mask and social distancing. Sanitary alcohol dispensers will also be made available for public use.
Recognizing the constraints in place with the extension of ECQ until April 30, IWD Management and its Board of Directors (thru Resolution No. 013 series of 2020) decided to stretch the payment and disconnection period for March and April 2020 billing including any amount due from previous months, without incurring penalties and other charges:

On-call maintenance personnel and duty pump operators are still available 24/7 to address any water related concerns.
